London, 8th June 2023 – BIMA, the UK’s digital & tech trade body, today announces the launch of the BIMA Growth Stories podcast, with Episode 1 now available now on Spotify and Apple:
The BIMA Growth Stories podcast is designed to provide invaluable insights, first-hand experiences, and expert advice on navigating the complexities of growing an agency business.
Hosted by the BIMA Future Growth Council, each episode features engaging conversations with influential leaders and change makers from digital businesses of all sizes, providing listeners with valuable lessons learned and strategies for overcoming the challenges of growth.
In Episode one, hosts Matt Simpson (MD of Candyspace) and Rebecca Crook (Chief Growth Officer at CI&T) and guests Rebecca Vickery (MD at Brave Spark and BIMA 100 winner) and Jonny Tooze (CEO at LAB Group and BIMA 100 winner) delve into the topic of agency growth in a challenging economic climate (or very-nearly-a-recession-but-not-quite!).
Topics include pivoting services, adapting pricing, managing cash flow and building resilience. Additionally, the episode delves into the intriguing question of the correct collective noun for a group of CFOs. Our guests also reveal their one killer growth tip and their significant growth red herring.
The BIMA Growth Stories podcast will continue to captivate audiences with its bi-monthly release schedule. Stay tuned for Episode 2, set to be released in August, which will focus on the topic of geographic expansion, featuring two more special guests from the BIMA family.
