Key Responsibilities:
β¨ Client Onboarding: Lead seamless onboarding, ensuring alignment on financials and campaign goals.
β¨ Campaign Management: Oversee campaign set-up, quality assurance, and go-live processes.
β¨ Business Development: Drive growth by building relationships with new agencies and fostering long-term partnerships.
β¨ Industry Engagement: Represent SBS at industry events to network and identify opportunities.
β¨ Reporting & Optimisation: Deliver actionable insights and maintain strong client communications.
β¨ Team Leadership (Future): Mentor and support Account Managers to promote team collaboration.
What We’re Looking For:

3-4 years’ experience in programmatic trading, business development, or digital operations.

Strong leadership, client management, and pipeline-building skills.
β
A self-starter who thrives in a start-up environment.

Proven ability to build new business with indie agency experience.
β
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
