1. Describe how it felt to be named as one of the BIMA 100?

It was an honour to be listed amongst such a diverse and talented group of people from all walks of creative life. I was completely shocked and overwhelmed by the recognition and it was such a privilege to be listed on such a prestigious list.

2. What’s the single biggest impact being part of the BIMA 100 has had on you?

For me, it gave me the internal recognition within my own company which has helped me to further my career and develop and grow my role at MullenLowe. In raising my own profile, it’s offered me more opportunities and development.

3. How have you benefitted from interacting with other BIMA 100 members?

I actually think this is something that BIMA could be great at facilitating and would be a good improvement on BIMA 100. It was a real honour to be included on the list but the after the awards evening it felt like there was little interaction between those listed. It would have been great if BIMA had organised further networking opportunities or set up communication methods for those on the list to get in touch with each other.

4. Complete the sentence: I would recommend nominating someone you know for the BIMA 100 because…

…it’s truly a chance to rocket their career.

5. Complete the sentence: Being a part of the BIMA 100 has been an invaluable experience because…
