Being named as one of the BIMA 100 gave me a huge lift at a challenging time professionally. It provided a confidence shot in the arm as I transitioned into a new phase of my career.
2. What’s the single biggest impact being part of the BIMA 100 has had on you?
The feeling that I do truly belong in this space – and the external recognition of that is immensely powerful. Imposter Syndrome is now in my past.
