 1. Describe how it felt to be named as one of the BIMA 100?

I’m quite modest so it took a while to sink in. It’s always warming to get validation that you’re doing a great job but to get it from not only your peers, those nominating you but also those in the wider industry, those selecting you, is even better.

2. What’s the single biggest impact being part of the BIMA 100 has had on you?

Unfortunately, I’ve not been invited to many (any) VIP celebrity events off the back of it, but, on a serious note, it has given me greater confidence in the value of my expertise and in my contribution to the continued development of the digital industry and Client Service specialism.

3. How have you benefitted from interacting with other BIMA 100 members?

4. Complete the sentence: I would recommend nominating someone you know for the BIMA 100 because…

It’s a boost for anyone to be nominated as it shows a recognition of the value a nominee contributes to a business, to clients, to a team – and it puts a spring in that persons step which can only be a good thing for all involved. It’s also kudos for the agency brand to show the talent they have.

5. Complete the sentence: Being a part of the BIMA 100 has been an invaluable experience because…
