This is Milk launches ‘This is Milk Training’

We are excited to announce that we have now launched a dedicated training brand.

We have made the decision to split the business into 2 brands:

‘This is Milk Training‘, which will continue to grow and develop our training ecosystem of supporters and contributors, and the existing ‘This is Milk Consultancy’. This change allows our business to grow in impact but stays focused on the objectives of each arm.

Statement from our Managing Consultant, Angela Prentner-Smith

“Today marks almost a year to the date since we turned our focus to the digital skills gap that was impacting our business and that of our clients. This wasn’t digital marketing, development and coding or even basic digital user skills – it was the skills related to strategy, business analysis, design of experiences throughout a business.

In this past year, we researched, co-created and launched a career development programme to upskill and reskill individuals into the roles of the future; at the same time transforming businesses from within. After all – people make your business, and in these times of unprecedented speed of change, the way to keep up is to learn faster than anyone else.

Following the development of the programme, we have trained 35 people on short courses and the full programme. With this, we have made the decision to split the business into 2 brands. This is Milk Training www.thisismilktraining.co.uk, which will continue to grow and develop our ecosystem of supporters and contributors, and This is Milk consultancy. This change allows our business to grow in impact but stay small in terms of headcount.

We are more than ever committed to working as collaborators and are actively building networks, rather than an employee headcount, ensuring we are relevant and innovative at all times. This change means the training arm of the business continues to scale and impact new areas, businesses and regions – whilst the consultancy allows me to work with key clients in a much more hands-on way, just me, doing what I do, with key partners and associates when need be.
