Kaihaan Jamshidi, Strategy Lead, Karmarama
Give us the elevator pitch for your company
The most progressive agency on the planet.
Briefly, tell us about a typical day – or – tell us about something interesting/unusual/fantastic that happened this week
A typical day involves:
X1 playlist (it changes each month)
X1 client meeting to nail down the big idea
X2 hours heads-down strategizing (with noise cancelling headphones on)
X5 oat milk flat whites
X6 internal meetings to figure out what the question really is
X10 new people / teams / parts of the Accenture family
X15 minutes researching how to do something new in Zbrush / Maya
What do you love most about what you do?
Bringing together different cultures, skill sets and personalities to create things together, that we couldn’t do separately.
What’s the best thing about being a BIMA member?
Empathy – we’re all trying to make something we can be proud of – which turns out to be an insanely difficult brief.
Tell us about an opportunity you’ve had or a business problem you’ve solved as result of being a BIMA member
Without naming names, most of my good ideas have come out of conversations with BIMA members.
What difference has BIMA membership made to you/your business?
What we do can’t be done alone or by feeding bodies into a process. It requires a community of shared interest, of talented and motivated people. No one business can create that community. BIMA helps cultivate that community.
