Zhidong Xiao

Dr. Zhidong Xiao is the Fellow of British Computer Society and the member of EPSRC Peer Review College. He has over ten years leadership experience from Programme Leadership, Head of Education to Deputy Head of Department at National Centre for Computer Animation, Faculty of Media and Communication, Bournemouth University. Dr. Xiao is specialised in motion capture, and his research interests are in the areas of Computer Animation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Physics-based Simulation and Virtual Reality. Dr. Xiao has supervised seven PhD students to successful completion.
