Tom is a technology lawyer (solicitor) working at Deloitte’s legal practice in London. Previously Tom qualified into the Commercial Technology team at the top tier private practice Kemp Little LLP prior to its acquisition by Deloitte in 2021.
Tom works with a range of tech clients – from global listed brands to innovative start-ups – with a focus on technology related matters. This includes reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex commercial technology agreements and navigating legal and regulatory challenges.
