Peggy is an Associate in the Privacy and Data Protection Team within the Commercial Technology Group at Deloitte Legal. She is responsible for supporting the legal needs of corporate organisations, including both suppliers and customers, of all sizes and profiles across a range of issues relating to their privacy and data protection compliance requirements and service offerings.
Peggy joined Deloitte Legal in November 2021. She has five years of experience working in-house at a technology company where she focussed on commercial transactions and data privacy issues (the latter for two years), particularly relating to GPDR, but with familiarly of other global data protection regimes. She is CIPP/E certified and qualified to practice in New Zealand.
