Paul Grogan

I’m the Managing and Creative Director of Think, an independent creative agency based in Manchester with a London office.

With more than 29 years’ experience in the creative industry, I have worked across branding, design, digital, marketing and photography, helping organisations solve complex communication challenges through clear thinking, strong ideas and commercially focused creative work.

I founded Think after a long career in Manchester agencies and remains closely involved in the strategy and creative direction of the business. My approach is deliberately hands-on, with a strong belief in senior involvement, direct client relationships and creating work that delivers meaningful results rather than simply looking good.

I have worked with clients ranging from ambitious SMEs and charities to national and international organisations across construction, professional services, heritage, public sector and not-for-profit sectors.

Alongside my agency work, Paul is also a professional photographer and an Associate of the British Institute of Professional Photography. He has a particular interest in the relationship between creativity, technology, brand and the changing ways people discover and interact with organisations.
