Josh Wilkins

Josh Wilkins leads Innovation within CCEP’s global Digital Strategy & Transformation team. Josh started his career in the commercial team at Reading Fc (his boyhood club!) before moving to Coca-Cola. With 10 years’ experience working across Commercial, Operations, Leadership and Strategy roles, Josh has a passion for digital innovation. He believes in the value of democratising ideas and building an  innovation mindset & capabilities, alongside being an ambassador for Inclusion Diversity & Equity.

In his current role Josh is focussed on driving digital innovation globally, from running all employee ideas campaigns, to funding and oversight of innovative pilots to test and prove the business value from new and emerging technology. He enjoys learning from others across an ecosystem of peers, startups, students and consultants, regularly attending industry events, sitting at roundtables, as a guest speaker and has been a BIMA mentor since 2023.  Josh likes to travel and spend time outdoors; walking, running, cycling or volunteering and recently raised over £4000 for BHF in a charity cycle ride.
