Goodall joined VCCP in January 2013 and has extensive experience designing and directing digital products & engagement across interactive campaign content, to eCommerce, apps, and games, POS, voice, and AR.
In his career to date, Jonny has created award-winning experiences across a diverse range of channels and media, from large-scale platforms and digital services to augmented reality and conversational interfaces. Goodall’s principal interest is bringing brand, craft and human-centered design together through the right collaborations of people and skills. Most recently this has included Design Systems for easyJet to help unify their digital platforms and brand. As well as ongoing UX/UI support to O2’s business transformation programme.
VCCP CX is the experience strategy, design and engineering arm of VCCP with over 100 talented people working across web and app experiences, customer engagement programmes and digital production. By bringing these different disciplines together in small agile teams, VCCP CX creates “experiences worth talking about” for a host of top-tier clients.
In 2019 VCCP CX won a Webby for the Parents vs. Kids experience developed in partnership with O2 and the NSPCC, and also picked up a raft of awards for the innovative image recognition platform “Look & Book”, which is integrated into the easyJet mobile app. The team runs pan-European CRM for Canon and is the UX and UI design agency of record for O2.
