Our Delivery Director, Joanne, is responsible for elevating our delivery function through aligning to client needs and building a resilient, proactive and efficient team. She supports the agency’s growth strategy and oversees resource management and training for our Project Management teams. Joanne is a skilled problem-solver with an exceptional eye for detail.
Joanne began her career in digital 10 years ago working in marketing within a small London-based PHP agency and rapidly progressed to become Head of Project Management at a global agency specialising in Sitecore and digital experiences. She was recognised as part of the BIMA100 in 2021 for her work in Client Services and Project Management, and is now a BIMA 10 judge. Joanne is also proud to support the wider digital agency community through regularly speaking on Clubhouse and sharing her experience and insights at events in collaboration with organisations like Agencynomics and Forecast.
Outside of work, Joanne’s main focus is on spending quality time with her young son and the rest of her family. She is passionate about personal development and makes sure to spend some time each day moving towards her goals through leaning something new, reading, mentoring others, mindfulness or meditation.
