I’m the founder of Client Success Matters, a consultancy and training partner for agencies who want to retain and grow their best clients. After two decades in senior client service roles, I set up CSM to help agency leaders build stronger, more profitable client relationships and empower their teams to deliver a consistently brilliant client experience.
I work closely with Founders and leadership teams to improve client servicing from the inside out whether that’s through strategic consultancy, hands-on mentoring, or practical training programmes. My approach is honest, action-focused, and rooted in real agency life no theory for theory’s sake.
