An Associate Director at boutique advisory and M&A firm Waypoint, Jamie advises UK, Europe and Middle East based Agencies on their financial and commercial growth plans. He works closely with business owners and other executive level leaders to drive improved commercial performance, consulting on operational process optimisation, management information and insight, and value led sales enablement.
Jamie began his career working as an accountant before joining Bigmouthmedia in 2006 where he led the implementation and ongoing production of financial and management information. Following LBi’s acquisition of Bigmouthmedia and LBi’s subsequent sale to Publicis Groupe in 2011, Jamie played a key role within the UK operations board where he led the implementation of the business approval process. Prior to joining Waypoint Jamie was Head of Finance & Operations at independent performance marketing agency Queryclick based in London and Edinburgh
A key focus for Jamie within the BIMA mentoring council is to encourage and support non-financial people in their journey to broaden their commercial capabilities and enhance their careers.
