Jack is Head of Paid Search at Serotonin, an award-winning digital marketing agency based in Manchester.
He leads a multi-disciplinary team of media strategists to deliver campaigns for clients across hospitality & leisure, ecommerce, property and tech. His digital marketing experience spans agency and in-house, including a work placement at Zenith in Singapore, Croud & the Farfetch Group.
Jack is committed to building empowered teams, supporting and mentoring individuals to learn and grow in digital, and creating pathways for career development. He advocates for wellbeing at work, leading the agency running club, and encouraging a proactive and positive approach to addressing issues around physical and mental health.
