I’m MD of Hactar, a digital agency for social good. We make lovely websites that help organisations make the world a better place. My role here is strategist, project manager, client services and general cat herderer.
I also co-Chair the Digital Charities community, a network of more than 1,500 on Slack (join us at https://digitalcharities.org). We hold regular meet ups in London to talk about everything from digital fundraising to senior leadership support.
And a bit about me – I’m an ex-journalist with over 15 years experience in the sector and about a decade with a sideline is music journalism. My previous role was heading up digital and commnications at Centrepoint, the incredible youth homelessness charity.
My spare time is spent hunting for the perfect beach, swimming in the sea (all year round!), hiking, eating pizza, drinking only the best coffee and listening to a hell of a lot of incredible music, from the folkiest to the noisiest! I’m always up for recommendations!
