I am Creative Director and Partner at Else, an award winning experience design consultancy specialising in digital strategy, user experience and interaction design. I lead multi-skilled teams to deliver a range of work from vision to concept through to final delivery.
Else are based in London and work globally for brands such as UBS, Kodak, MGM, Ibis, Accenture and Mazda on a range of service, product and interaction design projects.
I have a proven track record of transforming brands through pro-active design thinking. During my career I’ve been fortunate to work with Orange, London 2012, Sony, NS&I, RBS, English Heritage, Channel 4, The Fat Duck and John Lewis to deliver products and services that have helped shape their digital proposition, both externally and internally.
Prior to joining Else, I was the Head of Digital and Creative Director at The Team where I recruited and managed a multi-disciplinary team of User Experience Architects, Interaction Designers, Technologists and Project Managers.
During my time at The Team, I won and led the English Heritage account, which has since become one of the biggest for the agency, as well as delivering a complete cross-channel rebrand of NS&I – helping them digitise their services and deliver a more effective and direct customer experience.
