Anna joined Deloitte Legal as an Associate Director in the employment team in February 2021. She has over 10 years’ experience as an employment lawyer and works alongside HR professionals, business owners and in-house counsel across a range of industries. As well as tackling day-to-day people issues such as grievances, internal investigations, terminations and contract/policy management, she also works at a strategic level on matters such as reorganisations, redundancies, employment status (gig/Off Payroll working), employee competition and post-termination restrictions, TUPE and outsourcing, M&A, senior exits, employment litigation, negotiation and settlement. Anna is particularly valued by her clients for her emotional intelligence, putting her clients at ease and bringing a sense of calm to her matters.
