Since joining the agency in 2007 Brennand has played an instrumental role in driving the development, growth and success of Think Jam’s creative business. The new role will see her draw on her extensive experience in entertainment marketing, taking on greater responsibilities for new client growth, whilst leading the strategic development of creative client services. Brennand is based in the company’s Los Angeles offices and reports directly to Daniel Noy.

Rodgers, also based in Los Angeles, has been a dynamic senior member of the US publicity team and key contributor to the growth and acquisition of new entertainment clients over the past five years, whilst Martin, based in London, has demonstrated a keen managerial aptitude while recently spearheading the agency’s integrated publicity offering, enabling the agency to deliver offline services for clients. As Publicity Directors, Rodgers and Martin will work alongside the client services teams to evolve and develop the agency’s integrated, multidisciplinary approach to publicity and PR for entertainment clients. Rodgers reports to Stella Ferguson in the US and Martin reports to Philip Rose in the UK.

Daniel Robey, Think Jam’s Founder and CEO said, “We’re committed to working with our clients to deliver world-class, strategic and integrated products and services within the sphere of entertainment marketing. As we continue to expand our multifaceted agency offering across the film and entertainment industries, it is vital that we have an exceptional senior management team in place to lead the agency’s growth and create its future legacy, which is why I am delighted to announce these pivotal and well deserved promotions today.”

These promotions are effective immediately and follow on from the announcement last year that Philip Rose and Dan Noy had been promoted to become joint Managing Directors for the agency.
