Cambridge web design and digital marketing agency, Onespacemedia, has launched a microsite for long standing client, UK5G to support the launch of its BetterConnected.uk initiative and boost the network’s digital presence.

UK5G is a government-led program, widely known as the ‘network of networks’ and focused on advancing the research, development, and collaboration of 5G in the United Kingdom. The organisation has recently launched BetterConnected.uk, an initiative committed to celebrating UK5G’s contributors, leaders, and achievements.

Onespacemedia was initially hired by UK5G three years ago to create a digital platform for the network and has continued to support its evolution through various digital projects on a retained basis. In this latest project, and working to a tight deadline, Onespacemedia created a vibrant microsite for BetterConnected.uk as a destination for a broader social media campaign, which directs users to UK5G’s resources, case studies, and testimonials.

The website is powered by Onespacemedia’s flagship content management system, streamlining efficiencies by allowing UK5G to easily create and modify content, such as testimonials, which are automatically uploaded from the microsite to the main UK5G website.

James Cotton, Onespacemedia’s founder, and MD commented, “The retainer model gives our clients complete flexibility to use our services in a way that best suits their objectives. It was a pleasure to support the UK5G team on a striking microsite that promotes the people and organisations at the forefront of mobile communication.”

Paul Wilson, UK5G’s co-founder and Senior Adviser added, ‘’The OSM team has gained a deep understanding of our business over the course of our partnership and this insight has enabled them to react quickly and build successful products for UK5G. We are thrilled with the new microsite – it is a user-friendly, innovative and powerful platform to elevate and support the BetterConnected.uk campaign.’’
