Matt Sullivan joins BIMA as Managing Director

London, Monday 12 th April 2021 – BIMA, the UK’s largest tech and digital community, today announces the appointment of Matt Sullivan to the position of Managing Director.

Reporting into BIMA President Chris Mellish, Sullivan will manage the strategic direction of the BIMA community and the organisation’s growth Sullivan, is replacing outgoing MD Holly Hall, and will manage the BIMA team, as well as overseeing the organisation’s programmes and events, such as Digital Day
and Springboard and award programmes including, BIMA10 and BIMA100, among others.

He joins from The Alliance of Independent Agencies, where he served as Managing Director. He previously held the roles of Head of Product at The Drum and Head of Membership at The Marketing Agencies Association.

The appointment comes at a time of growth for BIMA, with the organisation soon to appoint a new Chair, who will support President Mellish in his role and serve as a figurehead for the BIMA community.

Matt will join the team 19 April 2021.
