Knauf UK & Ireland, founded in 1988 and part of the global German-based Knauf Group is one of the UK’s largest suppliers of gypsum-based building materials and offers an array of products and systems to architects, specifiers, and the building trade.
Launched in December 2018, the new website showcases the wide-reaching range of products and spearheads the transformation of Knauf’s online presence using Sitecore 9 with Ucommerce integration, delivering a website that features the latest digital technology alongside a modernist design, reflecting the global leading brand.
Throughout the project, we also worked closely to design, develop and deliver a website that mirrors the brand’s business objectives at every stage. With over 300 hundreds of products available to purchase via distributors and DIY retailers, integration with Knauf’s EPIM product feed was crucial to the success of the project and a key milestone in delivery, utilising the power of Ucommerce.
Our team of digital strategists supported the development of the brand’s buying personas, profiles and user journeys to allow the power of Sitecore to be realised, delivering personalised contextual marketing messages to segmented audiences, improving user journeys and conversion.
