Jacksons Fencing Optimises Agency Relationship with 3 Year BTR Agreement

Jacksons Fencing is a family run business, established in 1947. They deliver high-quality fencing for homes and gardens via their residential focused website and quality security fencing and gates via their commercial site.

As one of the agency’s longest-standing clients, we have been working with Jacksons for more than 14 years, nurturing their online offering with development, SEO and PPC services and in 2017 we were tasked with migrating their legacy, bespoke built website (delivered by us on an internally built CMS) to Sitecore 8.2 with a Ucommerce integration.

In late 2018, Jacksons took the ultimate leap with Sagittarius and signed a three-year Business Transformation Retainer (BTR) agreement, which kicked off in Jan 2019. The retainer provides them with a dedicated full-time development team, plus CRO, SEO and PPC experts as well as an Account Manager and Project Manager wrap around.

The BTR delivers consistent and iterative improvements to the Jacksons website in a highly efficient and agile manner, coupled with the insights provided by CRO we are able to deliver a continuously improved customer experience whilst our in-house Sitecore experts are on-hand to consult on and devise an ongoing personalisation strategy that further enhances this experience.

Since embarking with the new BTR relationship, Jacksons are already seeing the benefits from this new way of working with recent activity resulting in the highest web revenue since the inception of their e-commerce offering!!
