About the role:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Growth Executive to support the growth of our membership base and sponsorships. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process, supporting new member acquisition and paid-for sponsors.

BIMA is a small team and we need somebody that can operate at a fast pace and is extremely organised. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth,  you will also work closely with events and operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing data, and contributing to a purpose-driven organisation.

BIMA works remotely with one office day in London every two weeks. Some UK travel will be required. (Fully-remote and part-time role considered).

What we’re looking for:

We are after somebody that is used to a busy pace and is happy with managing a busy and varied workload. The role is ideal for someone that understands the sales process, can spot an opportunity and is commercially driven to achieve targets. Even better if you’ve been in the industry for a while and understand the agency and/or client dynamics.
