Lisa Goodchild is the founder of Digilearning, a charity aiming to replace discriminatory hiring practices with diversity and inclusion. By challenging conventional norms and championing inclusivity, Lisa has catalysed transformative change and set a new standard for corporate responsibility and social impact.

Founding innovative and impactful campaigns, such as #CannesForAll, Lisa has not only raised awareness about the importance of diversity and inclusion but also sparked meaningful dialogue and tangible action within the industry. Through her efforts, she has opened doors for countless individuals creating pathways to employment.

As a co-founder of Digital Leading Ladies, Lisa has also been instrumental in empowering women within the digital landscape, providing mentorship, support, and advocacy to help women thrive.
