We are delighted to host a bitesize session, tailored specifically to BIMA members on Tuesday 14 January, where Callum Gritt, Media Director and Paul Winterflood, Head of Media Corporate Finance; will both share some of the key insights from their report and discuss the outlook for the year ahead.

Paul Winterflood leads the firm’s Media Corporate Finance team specialising in transactions in the media and technology sectors. Paul regularly speaks and contributes on the topic of ‘Selling Your Media Business’, and the Media M&A landscape.
Paul has experience advising entrepreneurs, strategic acquirers and private equity investors. He is passionate about the importance of creativity and culture to getting deals done. Clients appreciate this as well as his commercial and straight-talking approach to deal-making.
Some of the notable transactions that Paul has advised on include the sales of 23Red to Capgemini, People Made to the Positive Change Group, the Theatre Royal Haymarket to Access Entertainment and edtech platform HegartyMaths to Sparx.
Callum Gritt, Media Director, Moore Kingston Smith
Callum has worked for Kingston Smith since 2013 and his client portfolio includes clients from start-up companies, owner managed businesses, and corporate clients through to large international groups. He largely works with clients operating within the marketing, media, consultancy and technology services sectors.
Callum’s daily responsibilities cover annual accounts, audit, management accounts and corporate tax. He is also responsible for ad-hoc work such as assisting agencies in driving value, cash-flow forecasting, employee incentive schemes and valuation. He is responsible for delivering a high standard of service in a friendly, approachable and professional way, developing effective business relationships with clients in order to identify, package and implement business solutions that help our clients grow and become more successful.
Callum also co-edits the Moore Kingston Smith Annual Survey and works with several marketing services trade bodies.
