56% of male leaders want to take a more proactive role in supporting women in the workplace – but don’t know where to start.
While we’re very concerned about the other 44%. We also need to support the majority of men who want to be better leaders. BIMA, along with HeyFlow, will be hosting a roundtable for men in leadership roles to learn more about supporting women, with a specific focus on women’s reproductive health.
This roundtable will provide a safe and non-judgmental space for men to learn and engage with practical advice on how to effectively implement strategies into their workplace, particularly focusing on its impact on reproductive health and women’s careers.
Our guest speakers from HeyFlow will be presenting the latest findings from our recent survey, Male Allyship in Digital & Tech. The survey results shed light on this important issue, revealing that ‘64% of companies feel like they are doing enough to support women in the workplace but only 30% have a strategy in place to achieve gender balance’.
As we can see, there remains a gap between intention and action.
