For our final Power Hour of the Year, we are delighted to welcome guest speaker Jonny Tooze, Principal Consultant at Pimms Associates, for a special festive treat.

Jonny’s fireside chat will inspire us with how to develop thriving careers and businesses by building strong relationships in our community and beyond.

You will have the chance to explore the topic in greater depth in breakout groups with your peers before coming back together as wider group to share how you will apply what you have learned.

Jonny Tooze, Principal Consultant at Pimms Associates

Jonny has been active in the agency world for over two decades and during that time founded and led LAB Group to over £7.2m revenue in 2022. During this time LAB Group won multiple awards working with some of the biggest brands in the world across strategy, digital, creative, marketing and research. It branched out into IP development, particularly around solving the challenge of identifying vulnerability in digital channels, of which it has received multiple grants and awards.

Jonny’s extensive experience is now put to use as a full time consultant, working with agencies and celebrities to help them grow their businesses.

This involves working with founders, leaders, and senior teams to align a vision, design cultures, plan finances and operations, as well as refining the core principles of running a good business.

Brad Smith, Founder of Succeed Digital

For the last 20 years, Brad has worked across agency and software sales. 4 years ago he founded his own agency Succeed.Digital as well as new business consultancy Succeed.Agency dedicated to helping agency owners to find more leads, build better pipelines and most importantly close more business!

Brad’s desire is to always help and guide others to get better at networking and building relationships, improve the quality and conversion rate of their sales, think up stronger strategies and ultimately make better commercial decisions within their business.

He loves to deliver great work and excellent results and help businesses of all shapes and sizes to ‘Succeed’ and leaves a trail of doing just that wherever he goes.

Ann Longley, Founder of Something New Together and BIMA South Community Lead

Ann is an indepdent consultant who helps clients create a people-first customer-centric culture enabled by technology. She has worked with big brands, governments, and non-profits for +20 years honing her craft skills in marketing, digital strategy, and innovation. She has created award-winning integrated campaigns, developed new products and introduced agile ways of working that unify teams around a shared purpose.

She is also a Lecturer with the University of Greenwich in School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences.

At the community level, through her work with BIMA and, Ann is focused on driving positive social, environmental and economic impacts leveraging the power of digital technology.
