Join us to explore how teams can stay competitive and re-invent the way they work in the Age of AI – where collaboration, capability and culture are being rapidly reshaped.
BIMA Members + friends are invited to join the BIMA Innovation Council for a 3-part Re-invention Series.

We are living through the fastest wave of technological change in human history. From the early internet to mobile and social, each shift has redefined how teams collaborate, deliver and create value.

But today’s AI revolution is different – it is exponential in pace, increasingly autonomous, and fundamentally changing how work gets done inside teams.

The second in-person event in the series is titled ‘Team Re-invention’.

Together we will explore what it means for teams to stay effective, relevant and resilient when roles are blurring, tools are evolving weekly, and expectations from clients are accelerating.

How do teams redesign ways of working when AI becomes part of the workflow? How do leaders build trust, momentum and shared purpose in hybrid, fast-moving environments? And how do teams turn AI from a source of pressure into a multiplier for creativity, quality and impact?

Join us as we unpack:

  • Why AI is changing team dynamics, structures and skills – not just tools
  • What team reinvention looks like in modern agencies and digital organisations
  • How to evolve roles, rituals and collaboration to work with AI, not around it
