People are the core of every company. After all, they are what create the workforces of businesses.

Spanning topics from recruitment, learning & development, and employee relations to compensations and benefits; this monthly roundtable is hosted by Jo Howes, CEO and Founder of The Change Creators – Leadership Coach and Trainer and Deanne Walsh, Managing Director of Dewa Consulting, is a haven for the HR community to come together and discuss what you are facing.

For this session, we’ll be joined by special guest, Kate Jenkinson from Next Step HR. We will discuss how to manage a team while being considerate to those colleagues with diagnosed neurodiverse conditions, and those waiting to be assessed, and how neurotypical team members can ensure a safe, productive and neuro-inclusive workplace for all our colleagues to thrive.

This is a great opportunity to learn from each other and offer insight into solutions you and your team are implementing to overcome challenges within your organisation.

We hope you can make it!

Limited to 12 attendees to allow for discussion.
Chatham House Rules apply and places are strictly limited to one per organisation.
