Healthcare is entering a period of profound change, shaped by accelerating advances in AI, shifting patient expectations, and growing pressure on global health systems. AI is rapidly changing how people understand, manage and engage with their health – from how patients make decisions to how providers design care, services and experiences. In this frog‑led panel, we’ll launch findings from Frontier Health Behaviours in an Age of AI, a new primary research study exploring how AI is reshaping patient and provider behaviours across healthcare, life sciences, medtech, insurance and consumer health.
Drawing on cutting‑edge behavioural insights, the session will unpack what’s changing, why it matters now, and what it means for organisations shaping the future of health. Join senior healthcare leaders as they share the research, debate real‑world implications, and explore how businesses can respond with more human, trusted and effective AI‑enabled health experiences.

Sylvia Park-Ekecs, Global Head of Consumer
Experience, Sanofi
As Head of Consumer Experience, Data AI & Foundations at Sanofi, Kanu Goel works at the seam where healthcare, AI, and medtech converge, designing for the patient holding the device, the clinician prescribing it, and the caregiver between them. Her work spans human-centered, AI-enabled experiences across drug, device, and digital touchpoints: connected care ecosystems, AI-augmented clinical workflows, and the behavioral design of medtech that people actually want to use.
Kanu’s work has earned global recognition for the value it creates across the healthcare experience, for patients, for caregivers, and for the clinicians delivering their care. That recognition includes iF Design Gold, Red Dot, Good Design, and other honors for ecosystem thinking and experience design in healthcare, alongside wide coverage in Fast Company, Wired, Dezeen, and leading pharma and medtech publications, with commentary sought by outlets including the BBC.
A systems thinker and behavioral designer, she is a vocal advocate for the kind of AI pharma actually needs: one that works inside heavy regulation and imperfect data, defers when humans should decide, and earns trust by design, evidence, and discipline.
