Amy Goodier is Reflect Digital’s EA & Events Manager and works closely with the HR team to recruit and attract talent. Part of Reflect Digital’s approach in attracting new talent is offering a work experience and internship program. Amy also helps organise Reflect Digital’s flagship event and passion project Aspiration Digital, a one-day student conference that educates and inspires 16–18 year-olds about careers in the digital industry.
