Leaders of agencies of all sizes are invited to join the BIMA’s CEO & Leadership Council for a discussion and Q&A.
From managing growth and maintaining culture to introducing hierarchy and evolving your leadership style, growing your agency is fraught with unknowns and big decisions.
BIMA’s ‘Growth Stories’ event is here to help. Hosted by Robin Bonn, Co-Chair of BIMA’s CEO & Leadership Council, this is your opportunity to ask questions to industry leaders and growth specialists, listen to their learnings and also share your own experiences.
Regardless of your agency’s size or maturity, you’ll come away with tips for growth, pitfalls to avoid and a real sense of community with your fellow leaders.
