Join BIMA’s regular Growth Circle event about Agency Partnerships, hosted by BIMA’s Future Growth Council. This event aims to enhance your agency’s current and future partnerships for optimal growth, with a different focus each time.

What’s it about?
This month’s session has been designed to help you establish new partnerships and fully leverage the potential of existing ones, enabling growth and success. It’s an interactive session encouraging connections and shared experiences for mutual benefit.

You’ll gain actionable strategies for immediate application, including partnering to expand your agency’s reach, boost operational efficiency, or meet client demands. Additionally, we’ll discuss ways to grow revenue by tapping into unexplored opportunities with your existing clients through strategic partnerships.

What to expect
An interactive discussion with a 20 minute breakout session. We will then regroup and share findings from each breakout room, followed by a Q&A Session

Who is this for?
This session is for senior agency leaders and decision-makers accountable for their agency’s growth and alliances.
