This month we will be talking about Delivery. Delivery has come up time and time again in terms of one of the biggest leakages in an agency’s profitability and we thought we’d deep dive into this particular topic to try and find some answers.
To help us along, we’ll be joined by Industry Expert & BIMA Veteran Joanne Reid who hosts a podcast on the subject, “Deliverology”, and we’ll be asking her why is that some agencies smash Delivery, whereas some agencies find it a disaster.
This is a small forum for us to talk specifically about what works and what doesn’t, so come armed with any queries you might have and what best practice looks like for all things Delivery.
