Disrupting Finance – The Second Edition
Last time we met, the theme was ‘Do you need to be a challenger to be disruptive?’ The conversation was pretty far-reaching and it was recognised that we should make this a regular event bringing together Digital and Marketing Directors from within Financial Services organisations, Fintech organisations and BIMA members. So, we’ve arranged the date and the hosts, and this time – we’d like your input on what are the issues you’d like brought to the table…
In this event we’re inviting you to join hosts Mickael Paris, Marketing Director at Fintech Scotland and Claire Carswell, currently seconded by EY as Head of Communications at Scottish Financial Enterprise to share the good, the bad and the ugly and explore the burning issues around new transformation routes with digital and tech experts.
This round table event is exclusively for Digital and Marketing Directors within Financial Services organisations and for Directors at BIMA member agencies. As always, this event is held under Chatham House Rules and places are strictly limited to one per organisation and on a first come first-served basis. .
Your Hosts:

Mickael is Marketing Director at FinTech Scotland, the strategic enabler behind the Scottish fintech ecosystem. Prior to joining FinTech Scotland in January 2018, Mickael had been heading up the digital team at Standard Life for 6 year where he focussed on taking the company through digital transformation. His previous roles include Marketing Manager for Skyscanner and Maxymiser.

Clare is Head of Communications at Scottish Financial Enterprise (SFE), the representative body for the financial services industry in Scotland. She has more than ten years of experience in journalism and communications having trained as a multimedia journalist and working for various outlets including BBC Radio Scotland, STV and Press Association.
