A company’s CX & UX plays an integral part in the customer’s purchasing journey and it influences marketing to strategy.

Nine months ago, we initiated discussions about our expectations regarding the utilization of AI. In this session, I would like us to collaborate and reflect on what we have actually used, assess its effectiveness, and define the real impact it has had on our daily responsibilities.

This monthly roundtable hosted by Mark Edgington, Founder and principal Consultant at Incendiary Blue, is a safe space for CX & UX professionals to come together and discuss and overcome challenges and spark new ideas.

Limited to 12 attendees to allow discussion. The Chatham House Rule applies and places are strictly limited to one per organisation.

Previous discussed topics include:

  • Thoughts around the state of CX & UX education – is it sufficient for graduates and employers?
  • Have you integrated a CX/ UX apprentice into your company? If so, how has it been?
  • How can CX & UX be taught to existing practictors in other fields to prevent it from being elitist? You can learn to code, but how do you learn to UX?
  • When to question the client and offer a better solution?
  • Design is expressive, and CX/UX is theoretical. Can CX become more expressive?
  • Do your coders understand CX & UX and at which level?
  • Chat GPT and how it will affect CX & UX https://www.usegalileo.ai/

Your data is important to us and we’re committed to protecting it. We have updated our policy to make it easy for you to understand your choices and the control you have over your data. Please review here.
