Our Whitepaper aims to explore how the lack of trust in institutions and organisations impacts brand perception and communication effectiveness.
We will analyse a variety of perspectives, from employees and comms professionals to general consumers and clients in order to provide an accurate depiction of the state of trust in organisations. This paper will explore the possibility that the problem is being understated by comms professionals, and look to provide tangible solutions for brands and organisations they can implement to start the challenging process of rebuilding trust.
