Absolutely Health is an independent, fast-growing, digital first, marketing agency that blends life science and wellness to create international, high-impact campaigns. We’re looking for a digitally savvy, Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive performance across multi-channel campaigns.
About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you’ll be client facing, ensuring marketing campaigns run efficiently, meet KPIs, and deliver measurable results. You’ll manage multiple projects, optimise digital performance, and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
You will report directly to the agency Account Director, and assist in managing a small team of in-agency staff and freelancers.
What You’ll Do
- Own client relationships – manage accounts, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Drive digital campaign success – manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics campaigns, and optimise performance.Manage end-to-end campaign execution – track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Improve digital conversion rates – analyse data, refine strategies, and enhance ROI.
- Collaborate across teams – work with designers, developers, and content creators to execute effective campaigns.
- Leverage marketing tools – manage CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing systems (e.g., MailChimp, Dotdigital).
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing account and/or project management
- Strong understanding of online paid media, reporting, analysis and conversion optimisation. Desirable for Google and / or Meta qualifications / certification.
- Experience with campaign performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, and CMS tools (WordPress).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage clients and internal teams.
- A proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in an ever-moving environment.
- A keen interest in health, wellness and life science.
