What is the BIMA Salary Benchmark?

The BIMA benchmarks will be salary data aggregated and anonymised by the Compensation IQ salary software platform, from the BIMA member network. It has been developed to help BIMA Members find highly relevant and accurate salary benchmarks that are very relevant and contextual to your company size, the job locations and more.

How are the dynamic BIMA benchmarks constructed?

Using secure connections to each members’ HR platform, the Compensation IQ product takes snapshots of all the actual HR data from each member company. Compensation IQ then anonymises the data and calculates a relevant, high-quality salary benchmark for common job roles in the community. This is then provided back to each member through the Compensation IQ platform.

Our partnership with Compensation IQ means that we can gather the salary data in a secure portal, and our members can access the benchmarks directly from the portal. Everything is handled anonymously and our members can quickly take part in the survey. The great thing is –  its all free for our members.

How do I sign up?
  1. Request access to the portal HERE
  2. You’ll get an email from CompensationIQ with your secure login details
  3. Upload your headcount salary data using the template
  4. Search salary data form over 7 million companies
  5. When there are enough member organisations taking part, the benchmarks will be shared back via the portal
How does pricing work?
