The BIMA benchmarks will be salary data aggregated and anonymised by the Compensation IQ salary software platform, from the BIMA member network. It has been developed to help BIMA Members find highly relevant and accurate salary benchmarks that are very relevant and contextual to your company size, the job locations and more.
Using secure connections to each members’ HR platform, the Compensation IQ product takes snapshots of all the actual HR data from each member company. Compensation IQ then anonymises the data and calculates a relevant, high-quality salary benchmark for common job roles in the community. This is then provided back to each member through the Compensation IQ platform.
The platform is available immediately to all BIMA members who participate in the data-sharing initiative. BIMA members also get access to Compensation IQ’s built-in salary benchmarking tools and additional public data sources covering a further 7 million organisations with benchmarks for a variety of roles.
