Amicable specialises in helping married couples separate without involving lawyers. When they came to Reflect Digital it was with the objective to achieve a 100% increase in new customer acquisition with just a 50% increase in spend, while mainintaing a minimum 1,000 leads per month.

We transformed Amicable’s account by following a data-led test and learn approach that layered in our human behaviour expertise to ensure laser-focused audience targeting that would minimise budget waste.

 

Our approach helped the client reimagine paid media and user experience touchpoints to deliver a journey that is truly customer-centric while ensuring the highest converting touchpoints were at the centre of the strategy. Since remarketing is not an option for Amicable, first impressions are everything.

In just three months our campaign improved lead to client conversion rate by an average of 12.73% and increased Google search customer acquisition by 151%!
