IOSH’s website is one of their main means of engaging with their members. With over 43,000 members in 99 countries, the website must be available globally 24/7. However, IOSH were using a now obsolete content management system (CMS), Alterian Immediacy.

To help IOSH stay connected with all their members we moved them on to Sitecore. This allowed them to have a future-proofed website that was stable and secure. We also needed to integrate several third part systems that IOSH were already using including their CRM and payment gateway.

The end result has delivered great efficiency savings for IOSH including a 50% drop in support emails, a 66% drop in support calls and significant time savings. Find out more about IOSH and their Sitecore migration.
