Richard Coope is the Founder of Brightful, a fast-growing martech consultancy that makes content flow by solving brand, digital and culture problems for complex businesses. Richard is a digital leader with 26 years of experience, who has led numerous digital transformation programmes for global businesses. He is a specialist in delivering global Content Supply Chain and Change Management programmes. He is a proud recipient of a 2022 BIMA CEO and Leaders Award, and his TEDx Talk has been watched by 50,000 people. Richard will be joined by an expert panel of guest speakers for this event.
Chris Muscutt, Martech Lead, PepsiCo
Chris is an experienced Martech leader who led the enterprise-wide Martech transformations at Pepsico, Rentokil Initial, and other global organisations. With a deep understanding of the Adobe Stack, Chris has helped deliver global ‘Content Supply Chain’ programmes, leveraging AEM, Workfront and Adobe’s Digital Experience platforms. Chris is a specialist in helping organisations to transition from creating single-use, non-personalised digital assets to adopting template-driven ‘personalisation-at-scale’. He has led successful CSC Roadmap programmes and key integration projects, including PIM, Sprinklr, AEM Sites, SMFC, Fusion and Creative Cloud Enterprise. He has supported change management programmes that trained 3500+ users to use the new tools implemented. Chris sits on various industry customer advisory boards and is an acknowledged leader in the Content Supply Chain field.
Kristina Kalpokaite, Head of Strategy, Technology & Data, Loop Horizon
Kristina brings 15+ years of experience working within Omnichannel Marketing, Data & MarTech, both agency & client-side. Kristina provides clients with CDP selection, strategy, & implementation support, coaching them through the process to enable informed decisions, and providing a practical, pragmatic perspective rooted in her first-hand experience. Her Performance Marketing background enables Kristina to bridge the gap between Technology, Data and Campaigns, ultimately ensuring that the Technology solution delivers the right Data required for effective Marketing activations, meaningful Brand communications & seamless, connected Customer Experience.
