Biography

Rachael has over 20 years in the marketing industry, covering direct, digital comms, products and services, and brand platforms and campaigns – all of which has given her a strong CX perspective and a holistic approach to solving her clients’ business challenges.   Having started in Direct Mail, (checking 98 different white proof and live laser variants every month!), she considers herself to have had a traditional, attention to detail, ‘get the basics right’ introduction to Account Management – one that continues to stand her in good stead.  That said, she strongly believes that agility and a constant curiosity about technology and innovation are what keeps the best agencies ahead.   Rachael joined BIMA to champion the unsung underdogs of the agency world – those Client Services individuals who make the relationships, dig out the opportunities, transform the briefs and ensure the conditions are right for great work to happen.
