A devoted advocate for Quality, Accessibility and Inclusive Design, Paul started his career in financial services. While at BNY Mellon he moved into software testing. Following this he set up QA at the digital agency formerly known as Realise (became part of Kin+Carta). Leading teams in both Edinburgh and Manchester Paul discovered a love for coaching and mentoring.
Now at xDesign Paul heads QA, leads the Accessibility Council and works with leaders to maintain a people first approach. Out-with xDesign Paul coaches and mentors leaders to help navigate difficult decisions. Paul is also sports coach working with Hibernian Girls Academy u18’s NAP as well as grass roots children’s football and rugby teams.
