Michael has almost 20 years of B2C and B2B integrated creative marketing experience. Most of this time has been spent in the heart of agency land working his way up from Account Manager to a Client Services Director role. He has worked as an agency partner to many global brands including Diageo, Reckitt Benckiser, Vodafone and Sony. Michael is keen to champion the importance and capabilities of the Client Services function within the industry, ensuring that it is seen as an equal in expertise alongside other specialist teams, which is one of the reasons Michael has joined the Awards Council this year.
