Fabiola Cardenas is a Lead Product Designer at Digitas UK, specialising in design systems and inclusive, accessible experiences.
For Fabiola, inclusive design is personal. Growing up as an immigrant in London, translating the world for her parents from a young age, helping a blind cousin navigate environments not built for them, discovering she is colour blind, and receiving an ADHD diagnosis, she has understood exclusion from the inside out long before she ever opened Figma.
She now channels that into her practice, embedding accessibility from brief to build and advocating that inclusive design isn’t an add-on. It’s the foundation of good design.
